PREPARE Rehab Middleware

An integrated service for automating and reviewing OHDSI-based Patient Level Prediction (PLP) models.

PREPARE Rehab Middleware is designed to simplify and automate workflows related to tools of the OHDSI community. The service integrates with Arachne Central to retrieve studies and analyses, collects submitted prediction models, and executes dedicated HADES pipelines to extract and process model results.

All processed outputs are stored in the middleware’s internal database and made available for structured review through comprehensive performance metrics, interactive visualizations, and contextual information describing the datasets used for model development.

The service also exposes a REST API for executing prediction models on new patient records.

Quick Access

Studies
Retrieves all studies available in Arachne Central, including their analyses and data sources. Provides a staff-only interface for quick review of prediction models and allows importing them into the middleware’s internal database.
Models
Presents all imported models organized by use case. Provides an overview of each model along with performance metrics, offering insights into their effectiveness and reliability.
Demo UI
A demo interface for patient for the PREPARE Rehab patient stratification and analysis engine tools, leveraging the imported models and the middleware’s REST API to generate predictions.
